Regular Application
For standard applicants. No guarantor, not a student, and not international.
Required documents
- Clear copy of Photo ID
- 2 months of most recent pay stubs
- 2 complete bank statements, all pages included in PDF
- Most recent tax return
- Landlord contact information, if currently renting
- Proof of on-time rent payments for the past year, if currently renting
If you do not have pay stubs: provide 4 months of bank statements instead.
Application With Guarantor
For applicants who need a guarantor. Complete your portion first, then invite the guarantor.
Applicant documents
- Clear copy of Photo ID
- 2 months of most recent pay stubs
- 2 complete bank statements, all pages included in PDF
- Most recent tax return
- Landlord contact information, if currently renting
- Proof of on-time rent payments for the past year, if currently renting
Guarantor documents
- Clear copy of Photo ID
- 2 months of most recent pay stubs
- 2 complete bank statements, all pages included in PDF
- Most recent tax return

US Student With Guarantor
For U.S. students applying with a guarantor.

International Student / No Guarantor
For international students without a guarantor. Apply as a student and upload the items below.
